Men’s Ministry
Dedicated to building the bonds of brotherhood, the Men’s Ministry challenges the status quo by encouraging relationship established in God’s Word and based on Christ’s example. Unified in love, the men through authentic fellowship, biblical teaching, and intentional accountability, dare one another to grow in faith and boldly live out our God-given purpose. At RFCC, the men are encouraged to be engaged in various ministries of service:
-
Sons of Thunder maintain spiritual alertness and guard over the people of God.
-
Man II Man is a safe environment created for men to receive Godly counsel and wisdom through open dialogue regarding matters of the heart, the home and more.
-
Men’s Weekly Prayer meets every Tuesday at 6:30 a.m. via the church conference line. This weekly session set the men, as the head, in a position to hear from the Father for their family, their neighborhood, their job and any other domain they have been entrusted.

Women’s Ministry
Building strong sisterly bonds in Christ through faith, the Women’s Ministry uplifts one another through prayer, fellowship and shared experiences, creating a community where every woman feels valued, supported and inspired to grow in her relationship with God. Together, we celebrate life’s joys, walk together through challenges, and strengthen one another with grace, compassion, and genuine friendship. At RFCC, the Women’s Ministry is composed of the following ministries:
-
Women with a Purpose (WWAP) is foundationally built on Titus 2:3-5 which instructs older women to live exemplary lives and mentor young women in their faith, family, and personal character so that the Christian message is not discredited. WWAP encourages the mature believer to pass on wisdom and model godly behavior for the next generation through its quarterly social events that include, but are not limited to, cookouts, tea parties, bowling and more.
-
Woman II Woman cultivates meaningful growth and relationship in a safe and supportive atmosphere where women can share life’s joys and challenges, receive biblical wisdom and empower one another to live with faith, grace, purpose and love as daughters of God.
-
Women’s Weekly Prayer meets every Thursday at 6:30 p.m. via the church conference line. A sacred time for women to stand in agreement, lift one another’s burdens, celebrate God’s faithfulness and grow stronger in relationship with Him

Arts Ministry
Exists to glorify God by using creative expression to communicate the Gospel, inspire worship, and encourage the body of Christ. Through mime, dance, and drama, we use movement, storytelling, and artistic excellence to share God’s truth in ways that touch hearts and transform lives. Whether ministering during worship services, special events or community outreach, our desire is to create meaningful experiences that point people to Christ.

Outreach Ministry
The Outreach Ministry has been called to serve with intention, reaching beyond the walls of the church to share the love of Christ while meeting the practical needs of the community with a belief that faith is demonstrated through action. The ministry is dedicated to building meaningful connections, extending Christ’s love, and responding to the immediate, tangible needs of those around us. Whether providing food, supporting families, or offering hope during times of crisis, we are committed to serving our community with compassion, purpose and the love of Christ in action.

J.O.Y. Ministry (55+)
J.O.Y. or Just Older Youth is dedicated to honoring, encouraging and supporting the senior adult as valued members of the body of Christ. Celebrating the wisdom, faith and life experiences they bring to our church family through fellowship, spiritual growth, service and meaningful connection. This community is nurtured, loved, respected and empowered to continue living with a purpose with the reminder that their lives and testimonies continue to make a lasting impact for the Kingdom of God.

Evangelism
Called to boldly proclaim the Good News of Jesus Christ – His life, death, and resurrection – so that others may come to faith, experience salvation, and grow in a relationship with Him, the Evangelism ministry carries out Christ’s Great Commission by sharing the Gospel with the community and beyond. With intentionality, the Evangelism ministry equips and empowers every believer to confidently share their faith and be a living witness of God’s love and transforming power to reach those who do not know Christ.
